system.
Your can perform a simple 4 step search where you nominate the Employment Type,
Years of Experience, Job Category and Location.
Hit the search button and a list of candidates will appear that match your search
criteria. No waiting for replies from consultants or middlemen.
Candidates details can appear in 3 different forms:
INPUTTED CV: Is where the information has been typed
into the CVSeen.com system by the candidate and nominated as public or anonymous.
If the information is public you can view it immediately. If it is anonymous you
will see the qualifications and work history, but not the personal details, referees,
or current employer. If you want this information you can request it from the candidate.
UPLOADED CV: This CV will be in PDF form and will
contain all the information in the candidates personal format. This may also be
anonymous or public. If anonymous you must request the candidate to release it to
you. Remember this candidate appears on your list because he or she matches your
search criteria.
BOTH: A candidate may choose to input a certain amount
of information and also upload their personal PDF. In this case he or she is choosing
to maximize the amount of information you can see and the same rules apply.
No matter what type of CV is entered, you are free to email any candidate via the
CVSeen.com communications interface. Ask questions, arrange an interview, the choice
is yours.
Each search can be saved for future reference and separate short lists can be created
for each position you wish to fill.
